CANCELLATIONS

 

For a full cancellation of appointment, a deposit may only be refunded if MORE than 72 hours notice is given.

After an initial booking, a change may only be made twice or a paid deposit will be lost. If upon a third change being made, a new deposit must be paid upon booking.

 

Terms and Conditions - Tattooing

 

  • All processes and procedures followed are as laid down by the Environmental Health and Licencing Authority.

  • You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, and able to prove it in order to have a tattoo. NO PROOF = NO TATTOO. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS, IT IS THE LAW.

  • We are a Mobile Tattoo Artist Outfit. In order for us to be able to tattoo in your house/premises you must be able to provide the following; A clean, smoke free area, with access to running water, at least one chair and work surface that cannot be accessed by children or animals. If the Tattoo Artist deems and area too unclean, tattooing will not commence until the issue has been rectified.

  • Price or Rate will be agreed between the Tattoo Artist and the Client before tattooing commences. and a deposit will be required upon booking and the remainder is to be paid prior to the booked appointment.

  • Tattoo needles and skin piercing equipment are sent to us sterile to ensure the safest possible procedure in the tattooing process. The needle and equipment will be opened and set up in front of you unless you state that you prefer otherwise.

  • The tattoo you choose is wholly your choice. An artist may offer their advice, but it is up to you if you take it. The final location of your tattoo will be checked by you before tattooing commences, if you are not happy the Tattoo Artist will move it. Responsibility lies with your final decision.

  • OUR ARTIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO TATTOO.

  • Tattoo aftercare advice will be given by your Tattoo Artist. Once a tattoo is complete, and covered by the Artist, he/she accepts no responsibility for a degraded tattoo due to error in aftercare.

  • We do accept credit/debit card. Payment should be made in full before tattooing commences. If paymment by cheque is made, The full amount must be paid in cleared funds in it's entirity before work commences. 

  • Breaks may be taken upon request to the artist. If on an agreed hourly rate, the time will still be taken as used. If an artist requires a break, the time will not be paid for.

 

Terms and Conditions - Piercing

 

  • Some Piercing Procedures have age restrictions and you must provide Identification in order to undergo them. Some may be under 18, and if this is the case ANY PIERCING ON A MINOR MUST BE OVERSEEN AND COUNTERSIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN. 

  • We are a Mobile Piercing Outfit. In order for us to be able to pierce in your house/premises you must be able to provide the following; A clean, smoke free area, with access to running water, at least one chair and work surface that cannot be accessed by children or animals. If the Piercing Artist deems and area too unclean, the procedure will not commence until the issue has been rectified.

  • Price or Rate will be agreed between the Artist and the Client before treatment commences. All needles and skin piercing equipment are sent to us sterile to ensure the safest possible procedure in the piercing process. All clamps and non puncturing items are sterilised in a medical grade steriliser and sealed accordingly.The equipment will be opened and set up in front of you unless you state that you prefer otherwise.

  • The piercing you choose is wholly your choice. An artist may offer their advice, but it is up to you if you take it. The final location and style will be checked by you before piercing commences, if you are not happy the Artist will move it. Responsibility lies with your final decision.

  • OUR ARTIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PIERCE.

  • Aftercare advice will be given by your Artist both written and verbally. Once a procedure is complete, and covered by the Artist, you become responsible for maintaining cleanliness. If after a piercing has taken placeyou become concerned, you may seek advice by contacting our artist

  • We do accept credit/debit card. Payment should be made before the procedure commences. Payments made by cheque must have cleared the funds BEFORE the procedure is undergone.

 

Terms and Conditions - General

 

  • Out artists are required both by current legislation and company policy to carry the Byelaws for tattooing/piercing and display their current and valid licence. You may request to see these from our artists at anytime.

  • Any deposit made is non-refundable. Any refunds made will be at the sole discretion of the proprietor.

  • For security purposes, no cash is carried by our artists prior to treatment. please have the correct amount ready as it is unlikely change can be given. Alternatively You can Pay by debit/credit card.

  • All artwork displayed on this website is of our own production

  • By emailing MarperArt through this website, you agree to be placed onto our mailing list for any promotional offers or news. You may opt out by requesting it in writing to marperart@outlook.com

  • We reserve the right to remove any competition, product or service at any time so long as said competition product or service has not been paid for in full or in part by the client.

  • In the event of a competition product or service being removed where payment has been made by the client, MarperArt shall still honour the service.

  • Any complaints regarding staff, products or services should be given in writing by email to marperart@outlook.com and subjecticated as COMPLAINT. Any complaint will be addressed and responded to within 14 day of receipt.

  • Where a loyalty scheme for a free tattoo or piercing is in place, it may only be up to the value of £40.
